Help please, I have a new picture of my dolls

in Photobucket but it's to big and I want to make it into an avatar, can someone help me???

You can reduce the size in phtobucket. Above the pictures it says edit, click edit and then have the image reduced to %25 that should be small enough, beware though that once it's that small you can't reverse it.

Thankyou for your help, I will try in a minute. I'm not worried about not being able to reverse it I can always take another picture. I think?
